All mystery boxes contain surprise items selected by G Dazzle Scoops.

By purchasing a mystery box, you understand and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee specific items unless explicitly stated in the product description.

  • The value and assortment of items may differ between orders.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States.

While we strive to process and send orders promptly, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

G Dazzle Scoops is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our control

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of mystery boxes, all sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not accepted unless:

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • A product is missing from the order.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs and proof of purchase.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs and proof of purchase.

G Dazzle Scoops is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.
